INGREDIENTS
2 cups whole pitted
dates (not chopped)
2 cups orange juice
(sour and sweet oranges
make a good
combination)
1 Tablespoon fresh
lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
In a saucepan, mix
together dates, orange
and lemon juices.
Heat over medium heat
until mixtures begins
to bubble.
Stirring constantly,
cook until smooth
OR
cool slightly and puree
in a food processor.
